Steps to Get your Florida Real Estate License

Enroll in Pre License Education

Florida Mandates all students enroll and complete the 63 Hour Pre License Sales Associate Course. Sales Associate is the official State Title of a Licensed Real Estate Professional when they are not a Broker.  

Open an Application & Get your Background Check Done

The Department also known as the DBPR requires an application gets submitted. On day one Florida Real Estate Camp shows you exactly how to do this. But, you don't need to wait. Learn more and get your application opened

Schedule & Pass your State Exam

After completing Real Estate Education, all candidates must schedule and pay for a Mandatory State Exam. Pearson Vue is the Agency authorized to administer the Real Estate Exam in Florida. 

After approval from the DBPR, you can schedule your exam.

Florida Real Estate Camp (ZH1002720) is a Florida Real Estate Commission school located in Orlando. We are located at 771 S. Kirkman Rd. Suite 110. All of our Courses have a Self Study Component and an Instructor Led Component.

Day Classes:

Tues. Wed. Thurs.

9am - 2:30pm (Instructor Led Online or At Location)

Night Classes: 

Tues. Wed. Thurs. 

6pm - 11pm (Instructor Led Online)

Open your Application & Schedule Fingerprints

Click the DBPR Online button. When you land on the State Webpage look for the section that says create my account. Use the Download & Mail button to access a paper application to Mail in.  

Florida Real Estate Camp is partnered with FDLE to submit fingerprints from our Orlando location. Schedule your Session by Clicking Live Scan Orlando.  For others who are not in the Orlando Area, click the button Find an Authorized FDLE Livescan Submitter. 

Scheduling your State Exam

After all requirements are met by the DBPR, you will receive notice that you may schedule and pay for your State Exam. Pearson Vue is the State Agency that administers the State Exam.
